Something must change in Nashville. After nearly four decades, District 3 deserves a senator who wakes up every morning thinking about the people of Carter, Johnson, and Washington Counties, not about the next committee chairmanship or the special interests that come with it. That is why I am running, and that is why I am asking for your support.

I am a husband, a father, a small business owner, and a healthcare professional who has spent 31 years serving this community. I have sat on advisory councils, testified before federal agencies, knocked on doors for causes I believed in, and spoken up when it would have been easier to stay quiet.
The families of Upper East Tennessee deserve honest representation on the issues that matter most: healthcare they can afford and trust, schools that are accountable to parents, farmland worth protecting, borders that are secure, and a senator with no conflicts of interest and nothing to hide. Let's get to work!

Healthcare Reform
Dan has no financial ties to Ballad Health and no conflict of interest. He will strengthen COPA oversight, eliminate the Certificate of Need law, and restore real competition so that quality goes up and costs come down for East Tennessee families.
School Vouchers & Education
Dan supports school choice — but demands the program actually work. He will follow the money, demand transparency, and refocus vouchers on the students who truly need a better path forward.
Sanctity of Life
Dan helped pass Amendment 1 in 2014. He co-founded Tennesseans For Life. And he believes the work is far from finished — including fighting for accountability on online abortion pill access reaching Tennessee women.
Immigration
Dan stands with Governor Lee, Speaker Sexton, and President Trump on enforcement without hesitation. He will champion 287(g) partnerships, E-Verify, and every dollar of border security funding.
Agriculture
Tennessee is losing 9.8 acres of farmland every hour. Dan will fight for farmland preservation, fair livestock compensation, water rights, and the state veterinarian's authority to protect District 3 producers.
